Organisation

The Saurer pension fund PKSU is a pension foundation governed by Swiss Law. It is managed by a Board of Trustees that includes an equal number of employee and employer representatives and is subject to the relevant regulations and supervisory bodies.

The Board of Trustees is the highest body of the PKSU. It defines the strategy and performance plans and ensures that the Pension Fund is well organised. It is made up of an equal number of employer and employee representatives:

  • Reto Schulze, Employer representative, Vice President
  • Pierre Wüst, Employer representative
  • Martin Zeberli, Employee representative
  • Daniel Clemenz, Employee representative

The office manages the Pension Fund and supports all insured persons and affiliated companies in a competent and uncomplicated manner. It is also in charge of asset management.

The investment committee determines the tactical positioning, evaluates investment opportunities and advises the Board of Trustees on all strategic issues:

The real estate committee coordinates major projects relating to real estate owned by the Pension Fund. This includes renovations, extensions, conversions etc.
