PKSU is invested in real estate. It is the owner of various real estate, situated at attractive sites in Arbon. Apartments are rented out.
The management and administration of the real estate and apartments is carried out by the company Privera AG in St.Gallen, on behalf of the PKSU.

Brühlstrasse 63 in Arbon.
PKSU is also co-owner of a shopping centre all over Switzerland, and of a multi-storey car park in St.Gallen. The remaining capital is invested in collective investments schemes in Switzerland and abroad.
